I have been invited to go to Shanghai instead of Hong Kong. My friend said that she would put a downpayment down on a trip for me to go to Shanghai. A church is putting together but it is not a mission trip of any kind. I would love to go but I find it riduculous to pay $2200 for an eight day trip. I could go and do a social service trip and stay for a month on that amount of money. I am really need God to really show me to way on this one. I am scared to pay for a trip with my friend's church group and then she decides not to go. I would be stuck going on a trip with a bunch of strangers. Although I would enjoy myself, I don't think this would be something the Lord would have me do. I guess I have to pray on it a little bit longer. There are a couple of women in our church that would like to go and visit another country. I would love for us to go in a small group for about two weeks if it is possible. Going to Hong Kong was a great treat for me. I would love to go back and take others.
